Handling Business With A Closed Eye
By: Richard Butler
Whenever you do something, you always have your eyes open because it brings additional colors and inspiration to do something.
When eating, you do not eat with your eyes closed because you want to see if the food looks good because it adds to the whole experience.
When reading, you need to open your eyes to see the words that are written on the page If you can't read the words you won't understand the meaning of the book!
The point here is that we must do things with our eyes open.Unfortunately, many people venture onto the internet with both eyes closed! Doing this leads to failure!
Vision, this word is something that is normally related with eyes. It is the analysis of what we see. It is what connects the information from what we see to our brain. When we see a certain color, for example red, that color will be registered in our minds till the
end of our days.
Ok Richard what's the point I hear you ask!
When starting a business there is something called Vision. Vision defines how you view your future success.
People get to busy with searching for opportunities online, they subscribe to a lot of offers, buy numerous products just to learn, they even pay for learning on how to monetize their business.
After a few months they may ask themselves have I achieved success? This thing is they can't answer this question as they dont know what their vision is!
How Do You Define Success?
Do you base in on the number of visits per day, number of subscription sign-ups for your newsletter, products sales for the whole month or number of clicks on your ads?
For each person the answer may be different - however it is up to you to define your own success.
Always remember, make sure you know how to define success, that is your vision! It is a very important thing to consider to avoid asking yourself again this question "have I achieved success?".
People will not care on how you define your success. We have our own way of defining it. For some, as long as they are receiving lots of visitors per day, its enough. For some, they put a quota as to how many subscriptions per month. Again it is up to you and your definition.
I do not know how you define success, only you would know about that.
Take note of this, you should not gauge your success by comparing it to other people's achievements. NEVER COMPARE!
Always base your success on how you define it!
For example, you may define success as earning $2,000 in a month. Lets say in a certain month a friend of yours earned $10,000, and you only earned $2,000, it doesn't mean that you failed because your friend earned more. Perhaps they have been running their
business longer or promoted a product in a certain way.
In closing, open you eyes, unlock your vision!
Always know how you define success, Always make you Vision Active!
Just having your vision available is like getting half way to success!
